Finestra sul Mare - Characteristic town apartment

This beautiful and spacious apartment Finestra sul Mare  is located in the heart of the old town of Tropea right next to a well-known view point at the end of the shopping mile, Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The spectacular location and the breathtaking sea view make this holiday home really magic.

The approximately 200sqm large apartment, spread over two levels, offers a spectacular and unique view from the huge arched window onto the turquoise blue sea underneath. Due to the enormous height of the window you have an unforgettable view from both, the upper living- and dining area as well as from the lower bedroom area. The small kitchenette is very basic with gas cooker, fridge, stone sink and a small dishwasher. The mediterranean style of the furnishing gives the apartment a special flair.

Entering Finestra sul Mare, the view falls into the large living/dining area with arched ceilings and the turquoise sea below. The spiral staircase in front of the window leads down to the lower bedroom area. There are two sleeping areas, one behind the other and separated by a glass wall, again to emphasize the open space living. Behind the second bedroom is the relatively small bathroom with shower. From there you can go up another small stairway which leads again in the upper living area.

Special: From April 14 to October 20 the guests have the possibility to use a private beach with sun umbrella and deckchairs about 500m away and this service is included in the price!
